AXIRIS may only be used for legitimate business intelligence and security awareness purposes. Users must not use AXIRIS to harass, defame, or damage the reputation of any individual or organisation. All data used by AXIRIS is derived from publicly available sources including but not limited to: DNS records, publicly accessible web data, news sources, and AI-generated analysis based on industry patterns. All threat indicators and intelligence summaries are estimates based on publicly available data and AI analysis. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Users rely on AXIRIS outputs entirely at their own risk.
AXIRIS, its name, design, methodology, and brand identity are the intellectual property of EU-IIBSM GROUP CZR S.R.O. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or imitation of the AXIRIS platform or brand is prohibited.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

AXIRIS collects only the data you voluntarily submit via the scan form: company name, domain name, and industry sector. We do not collect personal data, payment information, or any other identifying information during the free scan process.
Scan data is used solely to generate the threat intelligence analysis you requested. We do not sell, share, or distribute your scan inputs to any third parties. Scan data may be retained for service improvement purposes in anonymised form.
AXIRIS uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. DNS lookups are performed via Google DNS over HTTPS, a public service.
EU-IIBSM GROUP CZR S.R.O. operates under Czech Republic and EU law. We process business-related data under legitimate interest. We do not process special category personal data. You have the right to request deletion of any data associated with your scan submissions by contacting contact@axiris.io.
AXIRIS does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
