AXIRIS provides proprietary threat intelligence analysis and business security intelligence services. Intelligence outputs are provided for business awareness and decision-support purposes. AXIRIS outputs do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or certified security advice. Clients are advised to engage qualified professionals for specific legal or regulatory matters.
AXIRIS services may only be used for legitimate business intelligence and security purposes by professional organisations. Users may not use AXIRIS to harass, defame, or damage the reputation of any individual or organisation. AXIRIS is intended exclusively for business and professional use.
The analytical methods, intelligence frameworks, scanning methodologies and threat assessment processes used by AXIRIS are proprietary and confidential. Users may not reverse engineer, replicate, reproduce, resell or attempt to identify the technical methodology underlying AXIRIS outputs. Any unauthorised use of AXIRIS methodology constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.
AXIRIS and EU-IIBSM GROUP CZR S.R.O. accept no liability for business decisions made on the basis of AXIRIS intelligence outputs. All threat assessments and intelligence summaries are provided for awareness purposes only. Users engage with AXIRIS outputs entirely at their own professional discretion.
AXIRIS, its name, brand identity, platform design, intelligence methodology and all associated intellectual property are exclusively owned by EU-IIBSM GROUP CZR S.R.O. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, copying or competitive use of the AXIRIS brand or methodology is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable law.
All intelligence reports, assessments and outputs delivered by AXIRIS are confidential to the receiving organisation. Users may not distribute, publish or share AXIRIS intelligence outputs with third parties without prior written consent from AXIRIS.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

AXIRIS collects only the data you voluntarily submit via the scan form: company name, domain name, and industry sector. We do not collect personal data, payment information, or any other identifying information during the free scan process.
Scan data is used solely to generate the threat intelligence analysis you requested. We do not sell, share, or distribute your scan inputs to any third parties. Scan data may be retained for service improvement purposes in anonymised form.
AXIRIS uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. DNS lookups are performed via Google DNS over HTTPS, a public service.
EU-IIBSM GROUP CZR S.R.O. operates under Czech Republic and EU law. We process business-related data under legitimate interest. We do not process special category personal data. You have the right to request deletion of any data associated with your scan submissions by contacting contact@axiris.io.
AXIRIS does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
